Shelley is a digital and AI business application advisor to the Operations Innovation Group at Georgia Pacific, with over 20 years’ experience in leading transformational initiatives in several Fortune 500 companies. Shelley has extensive “hands-on” experience and a background in digital business innovation through system-wide AI and intelligent automation in eCommerce, retail, and new business models. He has operating experience driving growth as a leader at several large companies, and as CEO at PE backed companies. Prior to this Shelley worked with several PE Groups, The Home Depot, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Williams-Sonoma, and Levi Strauss & Company and started his career with SSCB: Lintas and DDB Needham as an Adman. Shelley has also been on several boards which include Wisteria LLC (current, since 2020), Newmine Inc., (2012-2017), Lulu's Fashion Lounge (2014-2016) and the National Retail Federation (NRF) (2001-2002) and Shop.Org (1999-2004).
