Ricky partners with upstream, downstream, midstream, engineering and corporate business functions to define and implement industrial cybersecurity strategies, solutions and processes. His primary focus is to ensure these solutions provide fit for risk, cost effective and sustainable capabilities. Ricky’s prior role was Enterprise IT/OT Architect with responsibility of developing a next generation architecture strategy focused on technology integration into the industrial control system. Preceding roles focused on deploying new digital technologies (industrial wireless, IIoT, industrial mobile devices) to the global fleet of refineries and chemical plants, developing high performance computing capabilities within the upstream, leading internal and joint venture audits focused on hydrocarbon measurement and industrial control systems, managing the support team for the global manufacturing application portfolio and telecommunication infrastructure design. Ricky is a four time ARC presenter, vice-chair of the API Cybersecurity subcommittee, and chair on the Oil & Gas Cybersecurity Network.
