His experience includes over 32 years in the oil and gas sector communicating effectively with all organizational levels across diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve exceptional results and improve productivity and sustainability in complex systems environments. Randell is currently collaborating with subject matter experts in industry to write a practice focused book on the business case for lifecycle management of digital twins for complex process facilities as well as several journal articles digging deeper into the value pockets discovered in his research working as a research consultant for the USPI-NL on the FL3DMS project.
