Michael has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the process industries including production, process & control engineering, and management in both refining and petrochemicals. For the past 20 years, he has held various management roles including IT, Manufacturing Operations, Automation Engineering, and Global Process Engineering. He is currently leading the effort within LyondellBasell in the creation of an organization focused on closing the cyber security gaps in the manufacturing sites globally. He has been working at LyondellBasell for 22 years and has previous experience with ExxonMobil.
