Jeffrey (Jeff) leads the global team of IT professionals responsible for managing the 7x24 IT operations for Intel’s factory network including the manufacturing execution systems, data center operations, infrastructure, application development, automated material handling, process integration & controls, manufacturing service desk, data analytics, risk and controls, supplier management, and the Manufacturing segment’s business relationship management. Before assuming his current role, Jeff was the manufacturing business solutions director, where he led strategy development and implementation that consolidated front-end factory, MIT operations; that was followed by consolidating front-end and back-end Manufacturing IT operations to create a “One Manufacturing IT” organization. Jeff is a 34 year veteran in the Manufacturing Automation/IT discipline. He joined Intel in 1998, as part of the Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) acquisition. He spent the previous 11 years at DEC, where he designed, developed, and implemented DEC’s first automated material handling systems in its Massachusetts and Scotland factories.
