Gabe is responsible for developing and implementing training in the Utilities and Waste Water Treatment plant at the Geismar, Louisiana site. Gabe has worked for BASF for 26 years in several roles including Operator, Shift Supervisor, and his current role as Learning and Development Coordinator. Gabe helped implement Voovio’s Enhanced Reality at the Geismar site.
