Amanda leads setting data strategy and designing data architecture for Environmental, Social, and Governance across functional domains to enable efficient and reliable ESG reporting and decision-making. Amanda partners closely with other IT teams to translate strategy into executable roadmaps. Prior to her current role, Amanda worked on multiple data science and data visualization teams spanning manufacturing, R&D, and IT. She led the design and implementation of a people and asset tracking visualization tool to increase plant turnaround productivity, built data science models to predict EH&S events, created data visualizations to better identify research and commercial opportunities, and served as a digital program manager for a customer-facing formulation platform. Amanda’s mission is to enable people with data, analytics, and AI that don’t know or have its power.
