Mr. Kakutani Joined JGC Corporation in 1980. He is the LNG Chief Engineer and Technical Director in the process engineering department. For many years, he has been engaged in gas refining and LNG plants. He has witnessed performance tests of all LNG plants that JGC has worked on since the 21st century and completed various troubleshooting. He serves on the technical committees of the Gastech 2022 and LNG 2019 conferences. His hobbies are soccer coaching and golf; one of his soccer students is a member of the Japanese women's national team "Nadeshiko JPN", which became the best in the world.
