Yugender has over 25 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry spanning many operational and technical leadership roles in product research/development, application deployment, and support in the APC/Optimization technology space. In his current role, Yugender is the external interface for Motiva businesses, responsible for scouting, evaluation, and deployment of innovative technologies that can make a difference. He is a strong believer in life-long learning, has passion for transformative ideas, and brings in a pragmatic, result-oriented approach to automation and digitalization in the process industry.
