William began his career in the paper industry with Georgia Pacific and subsequently International Paper, before eventually joining Green Bay Packaging’s Arkansas Kraft Division in 1997. William began his career with Green Bay Packaging as Recycled Fiber Plants Manager, progressed to Operations Manager, and ultimately became Vice President and General Manager in 2015. He transferred to Green Bay Mill Division as Vice President and General Manager in May of 2021. He attributes his many professional opportunities to his commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, customer service, and employee development.
