Warren has held positions of increasing responsibilities throughout his 25 year career, spending 17 years overseas in manufacturing and supply chain positions. Over the last 3 years he has put together Colgate-Palmolive’s global engineering strategy with responsibilities including-global capex, category engineering, process, development and implementation engineering. Additionally Warren is responsible for their Factory, Performance, and Reliability Program, Global Automation, External Innovation and Global Facilities Management.
