Vikas is a manager with Shell Oil Company based in Houston where he uses his technical, business, leadership, and communications skills to help deliver large, multi-billion-dollar projects. In his current role, Vikas is leading an effort to digitalize the delivery of large infrastructure projects, using his business skills in business transformation and culture change in addition to his deep experience in project delivery. Vikas is the 2007 World Champion of Public Speaking and an author of a book on communications called EMOTE: Using Emotions to Make Your Message Memorable.
