Tom is the global lead in solution management for SAP’s Asset and Service Management portfolio, which includes solutions across maintenance and service operations as well as asset performance management.  In this role, Tom works with customers looking to expand their business processes from maintenance planning, execution and scheduling to the broader topic of asset lifecycle management.  Tom has over 15 years experience with SAP, holding positions in professional services, development, and solution management.  Tom’s background at SAP includes a distinguished career in the professional services organization where he served as Global Practice Lead for HANA Services, as well as Global Practice Lead for Business Intelligence Services.  Prior to SAP, his previous roles include Director of Sales Operations at Bravanta, Associate Director at Cambridge Technology Partners, and Senior Consultant at Accenture (Andersen Consulting).
