Todd has 30 years in the IT industry with Dow. His early IT roles involved disciplines in infrastructure, identity and access management, application security, encryption, disaster recovery, and application development. He also led IT enablement for joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Currently he is accountable for strategy and architecture for IT/OT cybersecurity, digital manufacturing initiatives, endpoint security, vulnerability and configuration management, extended detection and response, and cyber analytics and threat detection. Todd is involved in advocating for the effective implementation of cybersecurity controls through participation in industry forums and associations such as: DHS Industrial Control Systems Joint Working Group (ICSJWG), ND-ISAC, and American Chemistry Council. Todd executes Process Automation and Pipeline Cyber Security Vulnerability Assessments based on industry assessment frameworks to validate cyber controls.
