Todd is responsible for setting the direction for Chevron in the IIoT space. His group is creating the standards around IIoT sensors, architecture, data storage, and a platform for time-series data. Todd is also responsible for communicating with all of Chevron’s BUs globally about the value that particular use cases could bring to them and to provide a resource to help the BUs navigate the first couple of IIoT projects until they can build their own IIoT organizational capability. Todd comes from a process automation background and is keenly in tune with operations and facilities engineering. He has 25 years experience in the energy industry, 18 at Chevron.
