Currently responsible for cybersecurity risk management at Abbott, Tim has experience leading strategic and transformational security and technology initiatives as a solutions-driven innovator with experience in various industry sectors and professional service providers. He has provided expertise in IT and security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, IT / social media audit, data and privacy protection, identity, awareness, business and disaster recovery, and change management. During his previous position leading the security program for Baxter, he organized and governed IT security service offerings across Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions within quarterly risk tolerances. Tim controlled overall OT cybersecurity programs governance, risk management, compliance, and monitoring. He focused on initiatives including data loss, privacy and access identity management, incident response, operational technology (ICS) protection, IT systems business continuance, and disaster recovery.
