In 2014, Till received his doctorate at the Machine Tool Laboratory of RWTH Aachen University. Afterwards he was Global Head of Operational Excellence and Plant Manager at a 1st tier Automotive Supplier before he joined Phoenix Contact Electronics in 2019.
