Stefano has a 15+ year experience in the utility industry, starting from consulting firms in which he specialized in the practice through the construction of strategic development plans and corporate finance operations. He then worked for major utilities based in northern Italy, some of which are listed on the Italian stock exchange, where he directly served in the M&A and business development department. He is currently the General Manager of Padania Acque, a utility corporation operating in water and wastewater industry and serving 113 municipalities. Under his leadership, the company has embraced innovative solutions for resilience and efficiency, has created more value for stakeholders and has worked to achieve more sustainable goals. Stefano holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law and Master of Science in General Management, all achieved at Bocconi University in Milan.
