Shawn leads Pfizer’s Digital Manufacturing 4.0 efforts globally. His team is tasked with transforming manufacturing operations by revolutionizing real-time industrial data acquisition at the plant floor to enable enhanced visibility, redefined user experiences and pervasive use of artificial intelligence to provide key insights to operators at the time of need. In addition, he led the agile transformation of the Digital Manufacturing Organization, comprised of more than 70 agile teams and more than 1,000 FTEs. Shawn has over 20 years of experience leading large scale enterprise deployments across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, with a passion for the digitization of manufacturing to enable predictive and adaptive process control and optimization.
