Shawn joined FLANDERS in 2015 and brought 15+ years of heavy industrial experience, including a previous position as a General Manager for an equipment engineering, manufacturing, and installation business with an international scope. At FLANDERS he serves as CRO-SMART Maintenance and is responsible for digital transformation efforts to deliver disruptive business outcomes to our customers. Shawn’s extensive background in engineering, project management, business development and general management for industrial applications along with his passion to serve customers make this position a great fit.
