Senior Director, R&D Program Management

Sena is responsible for leading the PM team and defining the vision and strategy for MxD’s program management process. Prior to joining MxD in June 2019, Sena was the Director of Operations and Product Development at the AgTech startup EarthSense, and the Engineering Product Manager at Starfire Industries, both in Champaign, Illinois. She has more than twenty-five years of industry experience in product development and program management, primarily at John Deere and Ford Motor Company.
