Author of Data for the public good which recommended the development of the National Digital Twin and the creation of the information management framework, Sarah is now leading outreach for the NDTp, working with stakeholders to enable greater participation in the information management framework and the NDTp to spread the benefits of data-sharing across infrastructure and the built environment. In her previous role as Project Director - Regulation for the National Infrastructure Commission, Sarah led the team developing the report strategic investment and public confidence which assessed the need for change in the regulatory framework for energy, water and telecoms in the UK. She previously worked as a telecoms regulator in the Caribbean and for Orange France Telecom across Europe and Africa. Sarah is an experienced Economist with a demonstrated history of working internationally in data and infrastructure.
