Ryan has worked as a Process Engineer and Production Engineer with direct oversight of the manufacturing process/procedures of industrial chemical catalysts. With a specialization in engineering process management and using data to optimize production and troubleshoot problems, Ryan has overseen multiple manufacturing facilities for two of the largest global suppliers of chemical catalysts (BASF and W.R. Grace).
