Ronan is the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and External Manufacturing at Ipsen. Ipsen is a fast-growing biopharma company developing medications used in oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases as well as consumer healthcare products, with sales of €2.5Bn and over 5,500 employees globally. Ronan led the supply chain transformation at Ipsen. As a supply chain leader, he is focused on creating a winning supply chain culture, focused on attaining flawless service levels, perfect launches, and cash efficiency. Ipsen has achieved top-quartile service levels and inventories. Ronan established global external manufacturing hubs and manages Ipsen’s worldwide contract manufacturers. Ipsen has grown both organically and through acquisitions. Ronan also supports key acquisition activities including integration of acquired assets. He also drives the Technical Operations strategy process including medium to long-term industrial strategy, make versus buy decisions, and manufacturing capacity expansion.
