He commands various leadership roles in operations, procurement, logistics management, supply chain management, manufacturing, and quality regulatory compliance. He leads many technical teams globally that support all phases of new product development through End of Life requirements validating product quality compliance. Rodney’s core strengths are recruiting and developing teams through effective team building, adapting to organizational change, and mentoring future leaders while leveraging cultural diversity. At LTTS, Rodney and his team consistently identify manufacturing actionable process tracks to client C-Suite and their direct staff in developing customized solutions to address current operational/quality opportunities and challenges. He has worked in the Development of Strategic Manufacturing Operational Roadmaps while addressing corporate standardization implementations after in-organic business growth acquisitions. He has also been instrumental in the manufacturing transformation towards Digital Manufacturing orchestrating resources for its assessments and implementation.
