Rockwell Automation announced that it has added generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) prescriptive work orders to its Fiix Asset Risk Predictor software, creating an AI-enabled predictive and prescriptive maintenance solution that can help manufacturers eliminate unplanned downtime.
Fiix Asset Risk Predictor’s AI can be set up in a short period of time and can start predicting asset failures in advance of final set up. With the addition of Fiix Prescriptive Maintenance, the solution now features GenAI capabilities that can help to transform failure predictions into more detailed, actionable work orders for maintenance teams. Work orders are generated using asset data, completed work orders and trusted maintenance sources. Teams can then review and edit work orders, and more quickly push them to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or enterprise asset management (EAM) tools. All data is kept private and protected by high security standards.
By bringing together AI-powered predictive maintenance and actionable GenAI work orders, Fiix Asset Risk Predictor helps to ensure that manufacturers see results in the fast period of time.
Fiix Asset Risk Predictor, now including Fiix Prescriptive Maintenance, can be purchased and used independently from the Fiix CMMS or integrated seamlessly with it. It can also be integrated with other CMMS' or EAM's.
