Rick is responsible for AGCO’s Global Manufacturing Technologies. He has over 20 years of experience in consumer products and manufacturing industry with a primary focus on continuous improvement. In his role as the Senior Manager of Global Manufacturing Technologies , RIck leads the organization through business partnered cutting edge initiatives to continuously improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost. This global team has moved many new Smart Manufacturing concepts from POC to Production Implementation. Specifically, Rick led a team of out-of-box thinkers and ambitious partners in the implementation of wearable technology solutions on the manufacturing plant floor. This has started the connected worker journey at AGCO.
