Remus has spent the last 5 years deploying MES systems all over the globe. He began his career as a Controls Engineer with an integrator, where he spent 6 years launching assembly lines across the automotive, lithium-ion battery, and airport industries. More recently, he has been heavily involved in Industry 4.0 technology and developing strategies on how to successfully deploy and maintain a global eco-system of different SCADA, data collection, and traceability systems. In his current role, he is responsible for the global deployment of an Industry 4.0 strategy and is constantly looking for new and better ways to leverage modern IT technologies on the shop floor.
