Raynor is VP and Chief Operating Officer of Building Clarity, an outcomes-focused company that helps customers with large, complex real estate portfolios optimize their facilities through programs that integrate data, consulting and capacity. Raynor oversees the delivery and integration of engineering, construction, and advanced analytics to public and private sector clients throughout the Southeast. He has over 20 years in design and construction, and is responsible today for leading Building Clarity’s strategic direction and fulfilling its mission to create better lives for those impacted by the built environment.
