Scott has over 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper Industry with increasing roles of responsibility for engineering, maintenance, reliability, quality, and operations. He finished his pulp and paper career with the Georgia-Pacific Operations Innovation team creating value though transformation with a focus on talent and technology for the last 7 years – he actually developed the strategy then executed a Digital Transformation for a large manufacturing corporation. Scott is a retired Infantry Officer from the Georgia Army National Guard with over 30 years of uniformed service finishing his career as a Brigade Commander.
