Rahayu’s began her career as a consultant in Accenture and for nearly a decade, honed an extensive background in systems implementation and change management of Human Capital Management solutions and processes, in a variety of client industries. She later joined Google as the Head of Education for Malaysia, working alongside the Malaysia Ministry of Education, educators and partners in the education community to drive efforts at the national level to integrate technology with pedagogy in the classroom. Rahayu joined Petronas in 2018 as the Head of Digital Adoption, driving the change and digital immersion programme to support Petronas’ digital transformation journey. In 2020 she made a definitive shift into cybersecurity, eventually moving into her current role leveraging on her deep interest in the complexities of technology and human interaction to establish a working environment that is safe and secure by design.
