Radek Rybicki

Radek began his career working in the brewing industry for Labatt’s Canada, then worked in the nuclear industry as part of a risk analysis group for a nuclear new build project, where he was exposed to advanced statistical modelling and “big data”. He decided to follow his entrepreneurial sprit and joined a new venture taking recycled plastics and depolymerizing them into waxes, and helped build two facilities, one in Berlin, Germany and a second outside of Toronto, Canada. He joined Ingredion in 2013, spent time in engineering and operations and then transitioned into all things data-related. His focus now is on data engineering, AI for operations, and data visibility for Ingredion’s manufacturing plants globally.
