This release includes improvements to ServiceMax Copilot, a generative AI chat interface designed for field service supporting assisted troubleshooting, work and schedule management, knowledge capture and access, and work preparation insights.

  • Enhancements to ServiceMax Go – ServiceMax Go is a mobile field service app. This release adds barcode scanning, enhancements to timesheets, pricing, and discount calculations, and alert management enhancements for greater ease of use and efficiency.

  • Enhancements to Service Board – includes a new integration to import project plans from 3rd party applications for use as templates, and adds the ability to schedule multi-day technician routes from 1-7 days.

  • Additional language in DataGuide – adds new language support for Polish, Czech, Indonesian, Slovak, and “right to left” languages, including Hebrew and Arabic; adds greater ease of use and flexibility with how forms can be embedded, and templates can be designed and replicated in a PDF report.
