Paul leads Stanley Black & Decker’s Industry 4.0 Applications and Analytics strategy to drive operational improvements and the digital transformation of manufacturing. The Stanley Black & Decker far reaching program touches over 60,000 employees and 115 factories globally. Paul started his career in manufacturing as a shop floor control engineer rapidly engaging on process control and optimization projects that leveraged advanced analytics including artificial intelligence and machine learning. He has over 40 publications in the field including academic papers, multiple patents, and industry journals as well as being the lead inventor of an AI-based closed-loop control technology successfully deployed on over 200 safety critical manufacturing processes globally.
