Throughout his 30+ year career, Pat’s primary focus has been on process automation and information systems for various industries including pharma/LS, biotech, food & beverage, and utilities (water & wastewater and electric). He has held positions associated with engineering, project management, technical operations, consultant, platform architect, and business development. He has extensive solution experience related to PLC/SCADA, Batch, Historians et al, as well as provision of strategic consulting in subject areas such as platform standardization, data historian modeling, MES integration, and regulatory reporting systems. Pat joined American Water in 2021 and is leading the efforts to develop and drive OT standardization and continuity across the enterprise, in alignment with the essential requirements associated with critical infrastructure applications and industries. Over the years, Pat has been a panel member and speaker at several industry events, having presented for ISA, ISPE, and various vendor user conferences.
