Norbert studied technical computer science at the Technical University of Appliances in Ulm/Germany. After that he served as Marketing Engineer at Hewlett Packard in Stuttgart; first for EMEA for digital printers/plotters, later for logic development systems, and logic analyzers. Since January 1985, Norbert has been in the embedded business and has had several managing functions in international sales/marketing at Kontron. He also managed the global business line Industrial Automation for 3 years. Today Norbert is Vice President, Marketing for the Kontron group with headquarters in Augsburg.
