Naoto Yasaka was a March 1991 Chiba University graduate whose studies focused on engineering industrialization subjects. He entered Mitsui Petrochemical Industries, Ltd. (the existing Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.) in April of that year and after worked as technical staff and production section manager, gaining experience as leader at the factory planning group. He has been engaged in process simulation and big data analysis as a leader of the production technique planning process system technology group from April 2019. He is incumbent in that role as of April 2022.
