With 11 years of experience supervising the toner process engineering team, Myriam has taken on the responsibility of transforming the production process, going from a user driven process to a data driven process. She has identified the data necessary to optimize the toner production process, has developed the data analysis methods, and has provided the digital interfaces to different levels of users: managers, shift leaders, and operators. She has also the responsibility of all the tests and qualification of new toner as well as equipment.
