Mike focuses his efforts on the areas of process control systems lifecycle management and migration, state-based control, manufacturing execution systems, and enterprise product lifecycle management. He also consults on autonomous operations, IT/OT organizational design and end of life system assessments to improve human and equipment effectiveness through continuous improvement of manufacturing IT solutions. His most recent research activity has been in the use of augmented reality in the industrial work place and edge based advanced control solutions for rotating equipment. Mike spent 39+ years in various roles and functions with Dow, primarily in manufacturing operations, process research, engineering design and business management within the Specialty Chemicals divisions of the company.
