Maulik leads Dow’s Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) Program which is an integral part of the overall Digital Dow. He also leads modernization of new Dow end-to-end business processes by creating strategy, design, and enabling roadmaps to operationalize the business processes. In addition, he provides governance to ensure project teams are delivering to the strategy’s intended scope and extracting value for Dow. Focusing on manufacturing, Maulik develops the vision and operationalizes the Digital Thread throughout the Manufacturing domain by creating and implementing the integrated Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) roadmap. This includes integration between applications, leverage of the data, business processes and ultimately how the manufacturing capabilities get consumed by the users. He works closely with the Digital Operations Center to operationalize the innovation to extract value for manufacturing.
