Mathias has years of experience in simulation, digitalization, and automation and used to build and lead the Simulation and Digitalization Center within Siemens Digital Industries, before starting to create the “Future of Industrial Operations”. He has worked for Siemens for 15+ years in various positions, among these are in strategy, project business, product management, and software development, mainly with the focus to unlock the potential of people, organizations, and technological portfolios.
