He has a proven track record developing win-win solutions to creatively solve both business and technical problems. He is recognized for his ability to deliver on large complex global programs and generate sustained growth. Matt has a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics from University of Illinois, and has held various engineering, management, and executive roles in IBM, JTS Corporation, and Conner Peripherals before joining Kyndryl. As a certified Executive Project Manager in IBM, Matt oversaw development of the company’s Worldwide Project Management Method and managed the global deployment and integration within IBM’s various brands and service lines.
