Mathias has many years of experience in simulation, digitalization, and automation and used to build and lead the Simulation and Digitalization Center within Siemens Digital Industries, before starting to create the “Future of Industrial Operations”. He has worked for Siemens for more than 12 years in various positions, among these in strategy, project business, product management, and software development, mainly with the focus to unlock the potential of people, organizations, and portfolios.
