Masato Katsuki joined Yokogawa Hokushin Electric In 1986. He is currently Head of the Solution Business Division. With the aim of maximizing the business value of their customers, his team is developing and deploying solutions that solve problems, with 200 consultants. They are comprehensively engaged in consulting activities utilizing TOC constraint theory for all field issues such as inventory optimization, equipment maintenance management, environmental response, and human resource development, from management to manufacturing sites.
