Mahesh has over 25 years of experience encompassing research and development, process automation, lean manufacturing, and operations excellence. He has worked in several industry segments including refining, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, and building products. Currently, he is serving as Director of Automation at INVISTA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries. In his current role, he is responsible for transformation the role of console operators through step changes in process control improvements at INVISTA’s manufacturing sites.
