Lynn currently leads the manufacturing and new product engineering teams supporting ten production plants and numerous contract molders for ORBIS Corporation. ORBIS is the North American leader in providing returnable packaging, including pallets, bulk containers, hand held containers, layer pads, and protective dunnage. He has worked for ORBIS for 24 years holding prior positions of Cost Accountant, Manufacturing Accounting Manager, Controller, Director of Manufacturing Engineering, and Sr. Director of Manufacturing Project Management. His current role focuses on leadership and development of multiple engineering discipline teams - including strategic planning, new product launches, enterprise asset lifecycle management, operational and capital budget management, technology investigation, major operational project management and justification, key equipment vendor management, implementing LEAN / continuous improvement initiatives, and business acquisition support.
