Leslie is responsible for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the Transportation Management group and is Product Owner for JDA TM as Ryder works to upgrade to the most current version of this software. In her 20 years with Ryder she has held various roles including Warehouse Supervisor, Transportation Customer Service, Planning Analyst, Planning Sr. Analyst, Master Data Supervisor, Master Data Manager, Master Data Group Manager, and RPA Group Manager. In her current role, Leslie helps focus the RPA team to ensure a consistent approach to constructing and managing a robotic workforce. Since launching RPA at Ryder in early 2018, Leslie’s team has developed over 300 unique bots which provide the equivalent of 35 full time workers.
