Joseph is a Sr. System Administrator with 18+ years' experience analyzing, troubleshooting, consulting, deploying, and maintaining hardware and software systems in Windows-based IT/OT environments, currently serving Boston Scientific’s (BSC) global OT program – a recent endeavor culminating from 8 years of time bridging service delivery gaps between BSC IT and Operations. Most of his time has been in medical device manufacturing, supporting transitions of multiple small/mid-size medical device companies (Possis Medical, MEDRAD Interventional) into large enterprise manufacturing operations (Bayer HealthCare, then Boston Scientific). Joseph has recently been involved in the maturation of site and global Operational Technology (“OT”) program throughout Boston Scientific, specializing in Windows endpoint management – a passion since pre-employment, and something he is eager to share his experiences around as it pertains to industry OT.
