Joel has over 15 years’ experience in the field of industrial automation. He has helped manufacturers, both large and small, to develop and implement factory automation solutions across a range of industries. As part of Phoenix Contact’s automotive team, Joel works mainly with the supplier community in helping them to solve their automation challenges and implement next generation control architectures. Industry 4.0 is a topic that Joel is very passionate about. He has developed an approach that helps to simplify the concepts of Industry 4.0 for his customers, developing low-cost strategies and solutions for collecting data from the factory floor and securely transporting that data to the enterprise or cloud.
