Joanne is an IT and business professional with 25 years of IT experience – the last 19 of which have been focused on manufacturing execution systems (MES) and business intelligence. She has extensive knowledge and experience in a wide range of disciplines encompassing high level strategic planning, project management, and business analysis, with focus on the horizontal and vertical information integration in the manufacturing environment (shop floor to top floor). Currently she projects the operationalization of predictive models into manufacturing operations in order to facilitate process and quality improvements management of regional projects across multiple locations.
